Missing note means the wikilink target does not match any published note. Pipe wikilink means deprecated double-bracket syntax with a pipe label ([[target|label]]) - use [[Note Title]] only. Unlinked mention means another note's title appears in prose without a link - not in markdown headings (## …) or the Note Relationships table. Structure issues flag missing extends / contradicts rows in the Note Relationships table on garden notes (utility/meta pages are exempt). Orphan means no inbound wikilinks (outbound relationships do not count). Dead end means no wikilinks in the note body (See also excluded). Utility wikilink means a tool or meta page linked via [[wikilink]] instead of /notes/<slug>/. Broken relationship means a relationships: frontmatter target does not resolve. Body section means ## Key Concept, ## Examples, or ## Note Relationships still in the markdown body instead of frontmatter. Pairs with Graph, Backlinks, and Random Duo.
