- Greatness is service - Son of Man came to serve; two seats, upward allegiance and outward care.
- Level 1: Salute up and lead the squad below - two jobs, like obeying the coach while your team watches you.
- Level 2: Discipleship and leadership are two seats in one chair - upward allegiance to Christ, outward care when people look your way.
- Level 3: Because the two seats pull different directions, swapping them lets public leadership substitute for private obedience to Christ.
- Level 4: Name which seat a decision serves before you act - upward to Christ or outward to the room; the org chart does not cancel the cross.
- Level 5: Discipleship answers upward; Leadership answers outward - Servant Leadership overlaps on horizontal care but does not replace vertical allegiance.
