DNPAP - Song Resources
DNPAP is memorable to me mainly because my wife sings it. Destiny Music wrote and released it - Pia was on the studio vocal, not the songwriter. I was there for the remote recording during COVID; my mother-in-law watched our son while Pia tracked her vocal. This page collects the studio single, live cut, official videos, and artist links. Bookmark it if you sing it too.
What does DNPAP mean?
DNPAP stands for “Diyos Ng Pagasa at Pagibig” - Filipino for “God of Hope and Love.” The acronym sticks; the meaning is the part worth carrying.
The artist - Destiny Music
Where to listen and watch
The live cut is the one that hits when you’ve heard the room. Pia tracked the studio vocal remotely during COVID while my mother-in-law watched our son in the next room - I still hear that session when I play the Spotify version.
